What if I've never fasted before?

Most people haven't. That's fine. We use a fasting-mimicking diet with organic handmade shakes each evening, so you're still getting nutrients while your body does the deeper work. If you're experienced with water fasting, that's an option too. Either way, Eric and I will guide you through it.

I'm not in peak physical shape. Can I still do this??
